Brought my 2022 Mercedes in with a head issue. They informed me that there was a recall that I could get it replaced for free at the dealership. A lot of integrity. Saved me thousands because the dealership was gonna try to charge me before I handed them his diagnosis. This shows that their not just after your money but their actually good people.

I took my Bentley for repair at Pro Auto as the dealership locations are very far away from MS. John and his crew took care of it professionally and fixed the issue I had with my car. He explained in details to me on what was wrong, what needs to be done to fix it and when it can be fixed. Great team that knows what they are doing!

Was recommended by aamaco and certainly was worth it. These guys were very professional from start to finish, did a thorough check on my Jaquar and I will be back for my other vehicles. Earned my trust and that matters when it comes to cars and having to drive up the highway weekly. Need mechanics we can trust and this place is trustworthy. Thanks from GRAPHIC TEES WORLD

The Pro Auto staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I trust Jon and his team to do the work right and at a fair price for quality work. They are very good at scheduling and i like dropping off my car after hours and using their secure key drop box. I also like that they are a family owned business. I love my 2008 C300 and now i'm getting 27 mpg!
